- Won award of $23,000 (of the $24,000 sought) for fees denied in a condemnation action abandoned by Baltimore County
- Successfully defended Client (Husband) against frivolous claims of alimony arrearage that would have exceeded $29,000
- Successfully settled IRS claim of unpaid taxes against Client (taxpayer), with an ultimate finding of no taxes owed
- Successfully negotiated settlement with property/hazard insurance carrier for an amount more than double their original offer for damages when a sewer back-up flooded the Client's newly renovated basement
- Successfully negotiated settlement, collecting full amount owed, on behalf of landlord in breach of lease action.
- Successfully represented client on appeal in breach of contract case where defendant firm failed to pay amount owed my client for expert evaluation services in a shoddy home construction case.
